Sourced in accordance with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and acquired legally.

We offer UK shipping to all items as standard:

Domestic (UK) shipping is sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked as standard. Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 2 working days, however this is not a guarantee. Please allow 1 week for delivery. Shipping upgrades can also be purchased.

We do not offer international shipping as standard as there can be implications involved with specific items to certain countries. If you are an international customer, please message us to discuss if shipping to you is possible:

International shipping is sent via Royal Mail International Standard Mail as standard. Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, however this is not a guarantee. In my experience this is very unlikely and shipping time is likely to be 2-4 weeks. Please allow 5 weeks for delivery. Shipping upgrades can also be purchased.

Any import fees, customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. These are imposed by your own country and must be paid by yourself.

If you have any questions regarding shipping or the item in general - or you are after a higher quantity than is currently listed, then please do not hesitate to send a message.

We aim to be as environmentally conscious with our packaging as possible. All items are shipped in cardboard boxes (these may be reused boxes if they are of good quality), or bubble mailers (we are still looking for an environmentally friendly alternative for these!).
All items are packed to offer protection. Items may come wrapped in black tissue paper or a small paper bag and/or wrapped in recycled/reused bubble wrap and/or a cardboard alternative. All tape used is recyclable.
